Kathy’s training encompasses both a business and counseling background, reflecting her ability to combine keen psychological insight with down to earth, bottom-line pragmatism. She assists clients in optimizing behavior and work relationships to achieve their goals, tailoring solutions to clients’ own values and needs. Kathy specializes in helping clients and organizations identify and further develop their strengths, distill key goals, manage difficult transitions, and resolve team conflicts through open, assertive, constructive communication.  Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and is a nationally certified (NCC) licensed Professional Counselor, complementing her undergraduate degree and early career in business marketing.  She has specialized training on fostering inspirational leadership, optimizing positive and productive workplace dynamics, mediation and conflict resolution, effective communication, and managing transitions.
